Megan L. Garland, MAI
Megan Garland, MAI, is a Missoula native and a graduate of the University of Montana, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Finance in 2010. She began her real estate appraisal career with Kembel, Kosena & Company in 2013 and obtained her Certified General Appraiser license in 2017. In 2020, Megan earned the prestigious MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute.

Megan provides appraisal and consulting services for a diverse range of property types and client requirements throughout the region. She is recognized for her strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and well-supported valuation conclusions. Her local market insight and commitment to quality strengthen the firm’s reputation for credible and defensible appraisal services.
Robby J. King, Appraiser
Robert, known by most as Robby, has lived in Missoula since early childhood and brings a strong understanding of the local market to his appraisal work. He is a graduate of Montana Technological University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering (Civil Option). Robby began his real estate appraisal career with Kembel, Kosena & Company in 2021 and earned his Certified General Appraiser license in 2024. He is currently a Candidate for Designation and in the final stages of pursuing the MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute.

Prior to transitioning into real estate appraisal, Robby spent seven years with Northwestern Energy as a substation engineer. His engineering background provides a disciplined, analytical perspective that informs his valuation work. Robby is involved in a broad range of appraisal assignments and is known for producing thorough, technically sound analyses that meet the firm’s high standards for accuracy and professional integrity.
